Die Ingenieure brachten die Technik in einem \u00e4u\u00dferst kompakten, mattwei\u00dfen Geh\u00e4use unter, das frappierende \u00c4hnlichkeit mit einem Filmstudio-Scheinwerfer hat. Mit gut 13 cm L\u00e4nge und weniger als 10 cm im Durchmesser kannst du den Beamer unauff\u00e4llig im Wohnzimmer integrieren oder leicht verstauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dass Samsung seinen Projektor so kompakt baut, ist der neuartigen Technik geschuldet. F\u00fcr externe Medien bzw. Zuspieler gibt es einen einzigen Mikro-HDMI-Anschluss. Die USB-C-Buchse indes ist f\u00fcr die Stromversorgung reserviert. Und die braucht der Mini-Beamer, da er nicht \u00fcber einen Akku verf\u00fcgt. Das Bild kommt mit maximal 250 ANSI-Lumen auf der Leinwand oder Tapete an. Damit ist der Mini-Beamer nicht wirklich f\u00fcr tageslichthelle R\u00e4ume geeignet. Denn dort schwinden Leuchtkraft und Kontraste merklich. Steht der Freestyle mehr als 2 m von der Projektionsfl\u00e4che entfernt, musst du den Raum abdunkeln, um noch ausreichend etwas erkennen zu k\u00f6nnen. Da Samsung den einzigen USB-C-Connector f\u00fcr die Stromversorgung reserviert, bleiben USB-Sticks und -Festplatten au\u00dfen vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nat\u00fcrlich haben wir ausprobiert, ob wir \u00fcber einen USB-Hub den Beamer mit Strom versorgen und gleichzeitig externe Speichermedien einbinden k\u00f6nnen. Das funktionierte mit mehreren Hub-Modellen leider nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Hintert\u00fcr l\u00e4sst sich Samsung offen: In Zukunft soll Zubeh\u00f6r erscheinen, das den Freestyle erweitert. Welches das sein soll, ist unklar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bislang sind die Freestyle Battery Base, ein 32.000 mAh gro\u00dfer Zusatzakku, und das Freestyle Case als Aufbewahrungsbox verf\u00fcgbar. Letzteres sieht aus wie ein passgenauer K\u00f6cher mit einigen Designmakeln. Die Fernbedienung findet keinen Platz. Mit angeschlossener Battery Base passt der Freestyle nicht mehr hinein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Falls dich das Freestyle-Mattwei\u00df abschreckt, bietet Samsung \u00fcbrigens noch Austausch-H\u00fcllen in Beige, Gr\u00fcn und Pink an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"powerbank\">Ohne Powerbank kein mobiler Filmgenuss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als mobilen Mini-Beamer preist Samsung den Freestyle an. Um unterwegs Filme zu schauen, brauchst du eine portable Stromquelle.
