Highlight der Maschine ist ihr Standby. Die Bezugszeit ist vorgegeben und l\u00e4sst sich allenfalls \u00fcber erneuten Druck der OK-Taste stoppen. Einen Timer aber gibt es nicht. Wir steuern die St\u00e4rke des Espressos also vorrangig \u00fcber den Mahlgrad und die Dosiermenge mit dem Drehregler links. Hier k\u00f6nnten wir zwar im Prinzip die Extraktion \u00fcber einen feineren Mahlgrad verst\u00e4rken. Weil wir mit unseren Bohnen aber ohnehin schon am feinsten Mahlgrad der Skala angelangt sind, gelingt das nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Wahl des Kaffeeprogramms stellen wir ganz rechts \u00fcber den Drehregler ein. Er flie\u00dft langsam aus der Maschine und ist \u2013 wie gew\u00fcnscht \u2013&nbsp;nicht zu bitter, nicht zu sauer. Die leicht floralen Noten unserer hellger\u00f6steten Testbohnen kommen zum Vorschein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cold Brew<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie immer vorab die Skepsis, ob sich mit einem Vollautomaten oder einer Siebtr\u00e4germaschine ein tauglicher Cold Brew erstellen l\u00e4sst. Ein <em>klassischer <\/em>Cold Brew kann es nicht sein: Dabei w\u00fcrden wir kaltes Wasser 12 Stunden oder l\u00e4nger \u00fcber sehr, sehr fein gemahlenes Kaffeemehl langsam tropfen lassen. Der &#8222;Cold Brew&#8220; ist leicht nussig mit einem angenehm weichen Mundgef\u00fchl. Geht wunderbar so, aber lie\u00dfe sich auch ziemlich gut mit einem Glas Tonic kombinieren oder zu einem Cold Brew Martini mixen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Milchbezug<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den passenden Milchschaum erzeugst du mit der Dampfd\u00fcse von Hand oder \u00fcber das integrierte Latte-Crema-System, wenn dir das Handaufsch\u00e4umen zu schwierig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und ich sage es, wie es ist: Mit der Milchd\u00fcse an der La Specialista Maestro Cold Brew gelingt mir von Hand kein Latte-Art-tauglicher Schaum. Zwar bekomme ich ihn mit etwas \u00dcbung einigerma\u00dfen feinporig hin, aber den &#8222;Deckschaum&#8220;, der bei anderen Maschinen nach etwas \u00dcbung verschwindet, wollte hier immer wieder auftauchen. Sehr gut trinkbar war der Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato am Ende aber trotzdem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 der Maschine: dem Start des Milchbezugs von Hand. Hier gibt es keine Taste \u2013 was verwundert, weil DeLonghi bei dieser Maschine mit Tasten eigentlich nicht geizt. Wir haben hier nur die M\u00f6glichkeit, vorab eine Tasse oder einen Lappen darunterzulegen, um ein Malheur zu verhindern. Weil die Maschine direkt unterhalb der Dampfd\u00fcse kein Abtropfsieb hat, sorgt das eigentlich immer daf\u00fcr, dass etwas Wasser(dampf) dabei versch\u00fctt geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nervig au\u00dferdem: Jetzt hatten wir schon viele Sekunden gewartet, bis der Dampfhahn bereit ist, aber danach m\u00fcssen wir ihn wieder schlie\u00dfen, bevor wir ihn wieder \u00f6ffnen k\u00f6nnen, um die gef\u00fcllte Milchkanne sauber anzusetzen. Jetzt dauert es wieder einige Sekunden, bis Dampf aus der D\u00fcse kommt, die im Vergleich zu anderen Siebtr\u00e4germaschinen auch mit eher wenig Druck arbeitet. Wir stehen eine ganze Weile da, nehmen die Kanne mit dem Milchschaum schlie\u00dflich ab und m\u00fcssen nach dem Zudrehen des Hahns wieder einige Sekunden warten, bis nach erneutem Aufdrehen neuer
